Alright so in Atlanta they are looking to hire someone who is fluent in "Ebonics" can some please explain to me how the fuck that happens?
How badly does the english language need to be butchered to be called ebonics?
Also is this considered raceist?

i can speak ebonics...but i wouldnt consider myself fluent or a native speaker...
